On 21 August 2026, our PGDM First Year students showcased their entrepreneurial spirit through an engaging Business Ideation Activity, where eight teams presented innovative solutions addressing real-world challenges.

We are delighted to congratulate Team CultraNest, who emerged as the winners with their smart business concept of providing construction materials and skilled workforce under one platform at reasonable rates.

The activity encouraged students to identify market gaps, understand customer needs, develop business models, collaborate as a team, think creatively, and confidently pitch their ideas.

At IILM Lucknow, student well-being remains an essential part of our learning journey.

On 20 August 2026, we organised an insightful Mental Well-Being Session for our PGDM First and Second Year students in collaboration with YourDost, led by Mr. Gaurav Satija.

The session focused on practical ways to manage stress through mindfulness, deep breathing, physical activity, adequate sleep, regular breaks, and relaxation techniques. An engaging activity also gave students a chance to unwind, reflect, and recharge.

Because a healthy mind is the foundation of meaningful learning and growth.

Nukkad Natak – Digital Awareness for Today’s Youth

On 13 August 2026, a Nukkad Natak was conducted for the first-year PGDM students at IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Lucknow, on the theme “Digital Awareness for Today’s Youth.”

The students actively participated in the performance and effectively showcased the importance of responsible digital usage, online safety, cyber awareness, and mindful use of technology. The activity provided students with an engaging platform to demonstrate their creativity, teamwork, confidence, and communication skills while spreading an important social message.

The winning participants were Ayush Shukla, Aniket Kumar Singh, Khushi Singh, Divya Jaiswal, Alakshendra Pratap Singh, Anshika Jaiswal, Shristi Agrahari, Vijit Gupta, and Akash Thakur.
