📢 Admission Notice | Sandip Foundation's Shri Ram Polytechnic (2026–27)

🎓 Attention All Students!

Students who have been allotted admission are requested to report to the campus with the following documents for Bonafide/Admission Verification.

📋 Documents Required

1. BPTPIA Admit Card – Original + 2 Xerox Copies

2. 10th Marksheet – Original + 4 Xerox Copies

3. 10th Certificate – Original + 4 Xerox Copies

4. Migration Certificate – Original (Compulsory)

5. SLC/TC (School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate) – Original (Compulsory)

6. Passport Size Photographs – 8 Copies

7. Aadhaar Card – Original + 4 Xerox Copies

8. APAAR ID – 2 Copies

9. 12th/ITI Marksheet (For Lateral Entry Students Only) – Original + 4 Xerox Copies

10. 12th/ITI Certificate (For Lateral Entry Students Only) – Original + 4 Xerox Copies
