Today, the *Department of Chemistry* successfully organized a colorful and joyful Diwali Fest - *दीयो की महफिल* , in the college campus. The event began with the lighting of the lamp and a short address by the Principal Sir. Students enthusiastically participated in various cultural activities, diya decoration, rangoli making, food stalls and fun competitions. The Diwali Fest concluded with prasad distribution and warm wishes for a prosperous festival season.

Practicals have their own importance in Chemistry... 1st year students are not very aware about how to use chemicals and instruments in the chemistry lab due to which some misshaping can happen... Therefore, to educate the new students about lab safety, a workshop on Lab Safety and Measures was organised.
Most Important thing isbthat this entire session was taken by MSc Chemistry final year students.
