✨WGSHA welcomed a culinary maestro of French Cuisine Chef Fabrice Monperrus, Cuisine Chef at Le Cordon Bleu London, for a cooking demonstration that felt less like a class, and more like theatre.

Every gesture had purpose. Every ingredient, a story. Our second-year Bachelor of Hotel Management & Hospitality students stood witness as Chef Monperrus unveiled the sacred rituals of French cuisine - the quiet discipline of mise en place, the rhythm of a flawless workflow, the precision of a blade in expert hands, the artistry of butchery, and an almost reverent understanding of ingredients and their soul.

Technique became art. Process became performance. And what emerged was nothing short of a masterpiece.
