For over a decade, workshop 1 at the Student Activity Centre was more than a room filled with tools and machines, it was the heart of Project MANAS. This is where ideas first sparked to life, where countless journeys began, and where every success was built amidst the buzz of motors and the hiss of soldering irons.
These walls have seen it all, the quiet frustration of failures, the thrill of breakthroughs, and the laughter that followed sleepless nights. They’ve echoed with the clatter of metal, the tapping of keyboards, and the brainstorming sessions that stretched late into the night. Hundreds of students walked in with ambition and left with purpose.
Every corner holds a memory. It was here that teammates became a family, where differences faded in pursuit of a shared goal which was to build something greater than ourselves.
Now, as we switch off the lights one last time, we leave behind more than just a workshop. We leave behind years of effort, learning, and pride embedded in every wire, bolt, and beam. The address may change, but the spirit of MANAS will always remain. workshop 1 was not just our first workspace it was our foundation, our first home, and a place we’ll always cherish and remember forever.🌟
