Commemorating Swamiji: A Day of Inspiration at SBSF College
Today, the SBSF College campus came alive with energy and purpose as we celebrated the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda (National Youth Day).

The morning began on a prestigious note with a visit from the Secretary of the WBBPE. In a quiet, respectful moment that set the tone for the day, the Secretary lit the ceremonial lamp and offered flowers to Swamiji’s portrait, reminding us all of the light of knowledge Vivekananda brought to the world.

The atmosphere was truly inspiring:

Student Voices: Our students took to the stage to share short, heartfelt speeches. It was wonderful to hear their modern take on Swamiji’s timeless ideas.

A Shared Promise: Together, we took a collective pledge to focus on character and service—values that feel more important today than ever.

Spirit in Motion: The highlight for many was the "Run for Swadeshi." Students hit the road for a 2 km run, turning the UGC’s recommendation into a vibrant display of community spirit and health.

The program wrapped up around 2:30 PM, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and renewed motivation. It wasn't just an official event; it was a day when our college community truly felt connected to Swamiji's vision for the youth.
