The final day of Crescita 2026 – The Management Fest commenced on an inspiring and thought-provoking note with an engaging panel discussion, “She Leads: Unfiltered Stories of Success.” The session brought together accomplished women leaders from diverse professional backgrounds, predominantly from the HR domain, representing renowned organisations such as Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd., Max Healthcare, JM Baxi Group, Hartek Group, Synthimed Labs Pvt. Ltd., and MP Cloud Consulting, creating a powerful platform for candid conversations, authentic experiences, meaningful reflections, and invaluable insights into the journey behind success.
The discussion went beyond conventional narratives of achievement, shedding light on the ambition, challenges, and transformative experiences that shape effective leadership. The honest and insightful interactions offered the audience a deeper understanding of what it truly takes to navigate professional journeys and emerge as confident and impactful leaders.
The session was thoughtfully moderated by Dr. Manisha Aujla, Assistant Professor, MBA-CBSA, whose engaging questions and insightful moderation enriched the conversation and encouraged meaningful dialogue throughout the session.
The occasion was further honoured by the esteemed presence of Prof. Dr. Rajdeep Singh, Campus Director, CGC Landran, and Dr. Ramandeep Saini, Director Principal, CBSA, whose presence added further significance and prestige to this memorable celebration of leadership and professional excellence.
We were also privileged to welcome Ms. Neeru Yadav (Hockey Wali Sarpanch), Grassroots Leader and UN & BRICS Speaker, as the Guest of Honour. Her remarkable journey from grassroots leadership to an influential public platform offered a compelling perspective on determination, social impact, and the power of purposeful leadership.
Adding an element of glamour, confidence, creativity, and youthful energy to the celebrations, the talented CBSA students delivered an impressive Corporate Walk Performance. And the day is far from over!
