ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਜੀ (ਕੱਥੂਨੰਗਲ) ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ-ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾਈਆਂ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਪਿੰਡ ਗੱਗੋਨੰਗਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਕੱਥੂਨੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ 'ਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਧਰਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਫਿਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੇ 'ਨਾਮ ਜਪਣ, ਕਿਰਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਵੰਡ ਕੇ ਛਕਣ' ਦੇ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਾ ਕੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ। ਆਪ ਜੀ ਕੋਲ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਾਤਾ ਗੰਗਾ ਜੀ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਮੰਗਣ ਆਏ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਗੰਗਾ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਦਾਤ ਦਾ ਆਸ਼ੀਰਵਾਦ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਗੰਗਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਛੇਵੇਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਹਰਿਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਜਨਮ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ।

Great achievements for whole Adesh family members.We feel proud when we heard that the mother in law of Er Gurfateh Singh Gill (Director Technical Division), and mother of Madam Seerat Kaur Gill, Dean Faculty AIT Gharuan, Madam Harmohan Kaur Sandhu (Babbu Tir) has been sworn as member Punjab Public Service Commission at ceremony held at Raj Bhawan, Punjab in the presence of Honourable Governor and CM Punjab.
