ATLAS Students Gain Leadership Insights from Lloyds Technology Centre India CEO

ATLAS students recently had an excellent opportunity to learn from Sirisha Voruganti, CEO & Managing Director, Lloyds Technology Centre India when she visited ATLAS for conducting an insightful leadership masterclass.

With over three decades of experience spanning technology transformation, digital innovation, fintech, strategy and business leadership, Mrs. Voruganti shared valuable perspectives with our students and faculty on navigating an ever-evolving corporate landscape. She emphasised the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, resilience, curiosity and taking ownership of one’s career.

From leadership and innovation to the growing role of women in technology, the session offered students valuable perspectives on building careers that combine competence, collaboration, purpose and impact.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗔𝗧𝗟𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗖𝟯 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼, bringing together global educators, counsellors and school leaders to exchange perspectives on the future of education. Under the theme ‘Looking Deeply – From Information to Insight’, the ATLAS leadership team explored how education can move beyond information to create deeper understanding and more meaningful pathways for young people.

Dr Indu Shahani, Founding President & Chancellor, reflected on AI vs. Human Intelligence (HI), emphasising that “the future may be powered by AI, but it must be guided by HI.” Siddharth Shahani, Co-Founder & Executive President, delivered the Welcome Address at the Presidential Forum, while Bulbul Chaudhary, Pro Vice Chancellor – Admissions & Partnerships, participated in a panel examining whether we are over-curating student stories.

The conversations continued at the 𝗔𝗧𝗟𝗔𝗦 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵, which received an overwhelming response, with school counsellors and principals showing strong interest in our multidisciplinary approach, industry-integrated learning and diverse academic pathways.

At the 2026 Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, Dr. Indu Shahani, Founding President & Chancellor, ATLAS SkillTech University, reflected on one of the most important questions shaping education today: AI vs. HI and the role of human intelligence in an AI-powered world.

She emphasised that every young person deserves the guidance to discover who they are and what they want to become. As technology transforms learning and careers, the human role becomes even more important - to listen, understand, mentor and guide.

Over the years, IC3 has evolved into a global meeting point for educators, counsellors, schools and universities, creating a space where ideas, experiences and perspectives come together to shape the future of education.

At the 2026 Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, Bulbul Chaudhary, Pro Vice Chancellor – Admissions & Partnerships, ATLAS SkillTech University, will join a panel discussion on ‘Are We Over Curating Student Stories?’
