"Backslash".

Backslash is a Youth motivated organization which conducts annual Model UN conferences. It was founded by Dikshant Verma, in 2017. Coders would know what a backslash is. It's this " \ ". But what coders or many other people would not know is that "Backslash" goes way back in the history of mankind, way before computers even existed. " \ " was first used as a peace symbol in the early Egyptian wars

. The Colins thinking committee's very first symbol was " \ ". The Aboriginal people, who came to Australia 60,000 years ago, formed a small civilization and used a mark which looked like " \ " on criminals as a form of identity and an indication that justice has been delivered.
​Backslash's significance in our history and It's relevance to MUN (peace, thinking committees, justice) is the reason why the MUN itself is called Backslash MUN.
