The Grand Finale of Melange 11.0 - Namaste Nations was more than a showcase of vibrant performances - it was a celebration of creativity, cultural expression, and resilience. As each team brought their best to the stage, they also faced thought-provoking questions from our esteemed jury panel, making the journey as inspiring as the performances themselves 🌎✨.

Shweta Ladda, ITM Business School alumna, currently serves as Head of Compliance & Secretarial and Senior Vice President at Multiples Private Equity.

Her advice for today’s students?
