An engineer-turned-MBA, Mr. Pratyush Prabhakar found his calling in public policy entrepreneurship, working at the intersection of public policy, communication and technology. Pratyush comes with wide experience of working with the Minister's office in various social, economic and infrastructure ministries.
He is currently working on a non-profit public policy venture, Communeeti. He believes that the synergy between humanities, business and technology can create a better world.

Mr. Sandeep has a Master’s Degree in Management from the Xaviers Institute of Management. He has 13 years of professional management consulting experience with expertise in value creation through sustainability.
He advises companies on how to incorporate ESG into their corporate strategy in order to drive business outcomes. Concentrating on low-carbon economies (carbon neutrality/net-zero/energy transition) and clean energy solutions.
He has overseen engagements with a diversified clientele, including private corporations, funds, financial institutions, and public enterprises.

He is a Mechanical Engineer and holds an MBA degree in HR from UBS. He also holds Silver Badge Certifications from EY in the areas of Design Thinking, Transformative Leadership, SAP people and Green Belt certification from one of the largest Indian IT firms.
Mr. Baunthiyal brings with him almost 15 years of rich industry and consulting experience across multiple HR domains. His experience is spread across diverse industries like Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, Telecom, Hospitality, IT/ITeS and Retail.
Over the span of his career, he has led multiple large-scale assignments in the area of Organization Transformation and Digitization, Organization Design, Manpower planning, Performance and Talent, Change Management, Total Rewards and HR Policies, Process and System for organizations both within India and abroad.
