Learning, Application, and Transformation: Celebrating the Journey of Future Entrepreneurs at EFMB Mentor’s Meet 2026

Welingkar Institute of Management was delighted to host the Mentor’s Meet event for the WeSchool PG in Entrepreneurship & Family Managed Business (EFMB), Batch 2025–26 under the guidance of Group Director Prof.Dr. Uday Salunkhe

The annual event showcased the successful implementation of our AAA Philosophy—Acquisition, Application, and Assimilation where students acquire knowledge during their academic immersion, apply it in their respective businesses and organizations, and assimilate their learnings through reflection and action.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Shri. Sunil Joshi ji, Chairman CDC and Mrs. Rama Kulkarni, Principal SPM English School for gracing the occasion with their presence and inspiring address.

The session commenced with a welcome address and session by EFMB Program Head Dr Chandravadan Goritiyal, followed by an insightful session by faculty mentor Swapnil Desai on assessing organizational health.

Meaningful interactions with parents and mentors provided valuable feedback and highlighted the remarkable growth of students as future business leaders and entrepreneurs.
