M.Tech admissions (GNR) 2019-20

Screening Test will be held in Lecture Hall Complex, IIT Bombay on May 15, 2019 at 10AM. Students must report to the venue at 9:30AM. Please refer the table below for discipline-wise venue.

Note : Students with B.Tech. qualifying discipline as EV have to appear for XE paper at LA001.

The objective of the screening test is to assess the candidates for their quantitative and analytical skills, knowledge in their respective GATE discipline and general awareness about Geoinformatics and Natural Resources.

The question paper will be multiple-choice objective type with 30 questions. The duration of the test will be 1 hour. Use of Calculators will be permitted in the screening test.

Dr M V R Sesha Sai (Dy Director, Earth & Climate Sciences Area and Programme Director, NICES, NRSC/ISRO) graced the occassion with his presence as the Chief Guest for the Department Convocation function.

Ph.D student Mr. Arnab Muhuri received the Best Thesis award and M.Tech student Miss Ashvitha Shetty was awarded with a silver medal for excellent performance in academics.
