International Research Conference( IRC) 2015,a flagship event of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute Of Management Studies, is slated to be held from 5th - 6th of March, 2015 at Hotel Trident, Mumbai. It is an endeavor to provide a rendezvous for researchers, test developers, university representatives, consultants, management students and policy makers from around the globe to exchange ideas, meet fellow re

searchers working in diverse fields and help resolve the problems faced by the corporate world. The innovations in practices of business need to be tested on many grounds such as legal, political, social apart from economical development norms. Researchers and academicians with their research try to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
