From student to mentor
that's the kind of full circle we live for. 🎨

Meet Suresh Naidu. He first walked into BSAD as a Fine Art student. Today, he mentors the next generation right here while continuing to grow himself under contemporary artist Yogesh Patil Sir. One of our own mentors.

This month, Suresh's work was part of a group exhibition in Bangalore a proud moment for him, and for everyone who watched him grow from a student figuring things out to an artist with a voice of his own.

This is what we mean when we say we don't build operators. We build thinkers who keep evolving long after graduation.

The Art of Thought

​In fine art, the masterpiece is the manifestation of a profound idea. As we’ve discussed, artistry begins with the thinker.

​A true artist can take one core concept and translate it into entirely different experiences simply by changing the medium. Whether through paint, sculpture, or digital form, your choice of medium is a deliberate act it dictates how your thought inhabits space and speaks to the viewer.

​"Art is not just the act of making; it is the act of thinking made visible. A single idea, filtered through the right medium, becomes a dialogue that can be expressed in endless ways."

In this conversation, Sir shares a thought from a friend who reminded him how difficult and time-consuming animation production used to be. Today, with evolving technology and modern tools, many parts of the process have become faster and more accessible.

But while the tools have changed, one
thing remains the same: great animation still needs strong storytelling, creativity, observation, and artistic understanding.

Technology can speed up production, but it is the artist's vision that gives life to the film.

Al is not here to replace artists-it is nere

to challenge and empower them.

In this conversation, Sir explains how Al

should be viewed as a tool and an opportunity,

not as a threat.

Just as every new technology has changed

the way artists work, Al is opening

new possibilities for research, ideation,

experimentation, and creative exploration. The

real value still comes from the artist's thinking,

observation, emotion, and vision.

Those who learn how to use Al thoughtfully will not lose their creativity-they will expand it.
