Our Diploma Semester 7 students had an incredibly insightful industrial visit to Bhavik Solutions Furniture Factory in Virar on 17th July 2026.🏭 They gained firsthand knowledge of the furniture manufacturing process, making this experience highly informative and worthwhile. This practical exposure went beyond classroom learning, enhancing their understanding of modern furniture manufacturing techniques and industry standards. 🤩

An orientation session was conducted for newly admitted Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) students specializing in Interior Design. This event took place on July 10, 2026, within the departmental facilities.

The program's primary objectives were to familiarize students with the academic components of their curriculum, inform them of institutional policies and procedures, introduce them to the course structure, acclimate them to the college environment, highlight available resources and facilities, and encourage peer interaction.

'V - Design 26', an Exhibition Stall Space Design Event on March 23rd and 24th, 2026 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm). Students from B.Voc in Interior Design designed and executed stall in the SNDTWU campus as part of their On Job Training.
Stall was designed for home grown bakery brand and Gola wala.
The beach‑themed exhibition stall features a bamboo‑pole hut with a thatched roof and sand‑covered floor. It includes ocean‑printed backdrops, decorative surfboards and oars with beach graphics, and a white table with starfish accents. The canopy displays “Blue shore Bites” branding and is lit by string lights, creating a tropical, immersive atmosphere that blends natural elements with branded visuals.
