Brief Introduction of Speaker-

Dr. Bapat received his BSc. in Biotechnology and MSc. in Bioinformatics from the University of Mumbai. He completed his Ph.D. from the premiere CSIR-National Chemical Laboratory and the Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Institute, Pune with the focus on having a complete study of protein-protein interactions in cancer using machine learning techniques and developing a robust classification and regression model. He also has multiple research papers and a book chapter to his credit. His research interests include Machine learning, Structural bioinformatics, Molecular dynamics, Cheminformatics, Proteomics, and Genomics studies
