The event was a productive opportunity for architecture enthusiasts at BSSA to learn about the history and design of the Sagrada Familia, for which Pau Millet Lopez played a crucial role in coordinating the technical office. is a world-renowned large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, Spain designed by the . Its construction began in 1882 but was delayed due to funding and other issues. The project is ongoing and is expected to be completed in the early 2030s with several architects and builders working to realize Gaudi’s original vision for the church. Pau Millet Lopez’s experience and involvement in the construction of the church in the 2000s transformed him, creating a belief in the creative potential of all individuals and fostering a collaborative environment.

Mr Leach, a co-founder of Digital FUTURES and an academician at the Academy of Europe, spoke on the potential threat of artificial intelligence (AI) to architecture.

With the launch of GPT4 and the growing capabilities of AI, there is a concern that architects' jobs may be at risk. He also discussed the current state of AI and its potential impact on the architecture profession.
