( Minimum 2.5hrs gap for full meal and 1.5hrs for any Beverages)

Best to have a cold water shower before coming.

Wear loose and comfortable clothing to sit on the floor.

It will be open for you to login 15mins ahead of the session. Make sure to login 5-10mins earlier.
