Today Mr. Ashwin Patel and Mr. Manish Dandekar visited the DDU and inspected the following students project and handed over the cheque of Rs.10000 to the students as a part of ISHRAE Vadodara level students project grant.

Project title:1

"Experimental study on improvement in performance of VCR system using Nano-Refrigerant."

Guided by : Chirag Fadadu

Project Title:2

"Development and performance testing of Li-Br and H2O Refrigeration system using exhaust gases from IC Engine."

Guided by : P. V. Dixit

Good initiative from team IVC and especially Mr. Jigar Bhalavat as a UG student project grant.
Project title:

This type of activity really motivate the students and increases the involvement of young engineers in the field of HVAC.

ISHRAE Vadodara Chapter has organized an Industrial Visit at a "Cold Storage" near Anand tomorrow on 24/03/2018 sy 10:00 AM.

Venue: Ekta Cold Storage, About 3 kms from Smarkha Gam, Near Samarkha Gam, Near Samrkha Chokdi, Anand

Time: 10:00 AM Reporting at Venue.

Any student members interested may join for the visit with Prior Consent from your Student Faculty Advisor.

Western Zone quiz Competition

- ASHRAE has organized western zone HVAC quiz competition for selected 24 institutes of Gujarat and MP.

- Khyati Paghdar and Bhargav Rathod
(8th sem, Mechanical- DDU) have participated and represent DDU and became a winners.

- They got Rs. 20000/- as a cash prize for the 1st position from ASHRAE.

- They have been also offered a job in Citizen industry (HVAC manufacturer) - Ahmedabad.

We proud of Khyati and Bhargav. Many many congratulations to both.
