📢 NADP Successfully Concludes 3‑Day MDP on “New Labour Code and Application”

The National Academy of Defence Production (NADP) successfully organized a three‑day Management Development Programme (MDP) on “New Labour Code and Application” from 22nd to 24th April 2026 at the NADP campus.

Under the leadership of PD/NADP and guided by Course Director Shri Rajarshi Dey, Jt. Dir/NADP, the programme equipped participants with a clear understanding of the transformative shift from legacy labour laws to the new 4‑code framework.

Delivered deep insights into evolving Industrial Relations frameworks and the transition from existing laws to the new codes.

* Shri J Sriharsha
Conducted comprehensive sessions on the Code on Wages, Industrial Relations, Social Security, and OSH & WC, offering clarity on critical compliance requirements.

🎯 Teaching Pedagogy
The MDP adopted a highly interactive, practice‑oriented approach, using:
