UMANG: The Spirit of Sports Shines Bright at Chetna Kids Paradise Biennial Meet

Chetna Kids Paradise of Lalitha Public School, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur, celebrated the Biennial Sports Meet on December 12th, 2025, with great enthusiasm.

The event, themed "UMANG – THE SPIRIT OF SPORTS", was graced by Chief Guests Mrs Vinisha Menon, ex-principal, LPS, and Mrs Apurva Abhishek Selokar, CEO of Geeta Oil and Geeta Solar.

The Sports Meet was grandly opened with a balloon release ceremony by the chief guests in the presence of School Chairman Mr Rajendra Tank, Director Dr Chetna Tank, Principal Dr Manjiri Joshi, teaching and non-teaching staff, students and parents.

The programme was listed with jaw-dropping aerobics and numerous rainbow drills, such as hula-hoop, dumbbells, butterfly drill, and lezium, featuring students from pre-nursery to grade II showcasing their talents.
Principal Dr Manjiri Joshi read the school report for the audience.

Also, several races for our kids and parents were arranged. The chief guests awarded medals and certificates to the winners.

The event was applauded with golden words by the chief guest, Mrs Vinisha Menon, highlighting the students' efforts and encouraging them to continue participating in sports. The school director, Dr Chetna Tank, shared precious words with the gathering, followed by a vote of thanks and a closing ceremony.
The celebration concluded with the national anthem.
Kids were treated with mouthwatering snacks.

Overall, the Sports Meet at Lalitha Public School and Chetna Kids Paradise was a grand success, promoting the spirit of sports and teamwork among the students and the fraternity of the institution.

RAPID RESPONSE: SCHOOL ACES MOCK EVACUATION DRILL 🚨

On November 19, 2025, our school executed a vital, swift mock fire and evacuation drill to boost emergency preparedness among students and staff.
The alarm triggered immediate action, with trained personnel guiding everyone to safety at the assembly area in moments. This drill checked our readiness and familiarized all attendees with critical evacuation protocols under the school's fire risk reduction programme.
Experts from the Disaster Management Department also demonstrated the use of fire safety equipment and essential rescue techniques.

A Farm-tastic World Milk Day at Chetna Kids Paradise

Forget textbooks and diagrams! Chetna Kids Paradise delivered an immersive World Milk Day on 26th Nov, 2025, experience that brought students face-to-face with the real source of their nutrition. The innovative celebration provided invaluable hands-on learning, making nutrition education exciting and memorable.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY:

🐄 _Meet the Producer:_ Led by school director Dr. Chetna Tank, a real cow visited the campus! Students enjoyed an unforgettable, up-close encounter, feeding the animal and observing where milk production truly begins.

🥛 _From Farm to Fridge:_ Teachers turned theory into practice, explaining the dairy supply chain and the essential role of farmers.

🧀 _Dairy Discovery_ : A display of actual dairy products—butter, ghee, paneer, curd, and cheese—allowed children to explore how milk transforms into kitchen staples.

🎉 _A Refreshing Finale:_ Principal Dr. Manjiri Joshi distributed fresh milk, capping a day of fun and discovery.
This celebration successfully combined curiosity, education, and engagement, ensuring students at Chetna Kids Paradise won't soon forget the value of milk!
