Navasrushti Academy of Integral Leadership (NAIL) is initiated by Swami Sachidananda Bharathi with the primary objective of training and developing a cadre of dedicated workers and enlightened leaders for NIT & the various Organizations/ Institutions/ Missions/ Movements/ Ashrams under its legal ownership. anda Bharathi serves as a ‘manual’ for NAIL. Training and developing a cadre of dedicated workers and enlightened leaders for the ‘Tyagarchana Shanti Mission’ for a culture of peace in India based on the Fundamental Duties of Indian citizens is also an important function of NAIL. Swami Sachidananda Bharathi serves as the spiritual mentor of NAIL which functions under the legal ownership of NIT. Thomas John, a recently retired Senior Executive of the Public Sector giant ‘Coal India Ltd.’ and a well-acknowledged ‘Human Resource Development’ Trainer is the Trustee-in-Charge of NAIL for and on behalf of NIT. AIM & Objectives of NAIL
The aim of NAIL is to train responsible citizens, dedicated workers and enlightened leaders for building a spiritually awakened, morally regenerated, economically prosperous and politically strong ‘Mother India’. NAIL will strive to achieve its aim:
1. By providing training and orientation to interested individuals, institutions, organizations, societies, groups, parties, communities etc. in the country on –
a) ‘Responsible Citizenship Development’ based on the Fundamental Duties of Indian citizens given under Article: 51-A of the Indian Constitution. (Two sessions of one hour each)
b) ‘Enlightened Leadership Development’ based on Chapter-X, Part-II of ‘INTEGRAL REVOLUTION’. (Two sessions of one hour each)
c) The vision & goal, spirituality & philosophy, and peace-culture programmes of ‘Tyagarchana Shanti Mission’ based on the Fundamental Duties of Indian citizens as dealt with in the Manual of Tyagarchana Shanti Mission (January 2015 edition). (One day/Four sessions)
2. By training ‘Resource Persons’ and establishing ‘Extension Centers’ of NAIL at different parts of India to achieve the aim and objectives of NAIL. NB: NAIL & NIT are no-profit/no-loss bodies. Organizations/ Institutions/ Societies/ Communities/Groups in the country inviting NAIL for training programmes are required only to meet the expenses related to travel, hospitality and honorariums for Resource Persons (normally 2) and the cost of training material/literature for participants. NAIL offers training and orientation programmes on invitation to interested educational institutions/NGOs/ training establishments/ civil society groups/ industrial & business houses/ political parties/ youth clubs/religious communities & congregations in the country. The following are the three ‘Core Training Modules’ of NAIL:
1. ‘Responsible Citizenship Development Module’ (‘RCD Module’) based on the Fundamental Duties of Indian citizens given under Article: 51-A of the Indian Constitution
2. ‘Enlightened Leadership Development Module’ (‘ELD Module’) based on Chapter-X, Part-II of ‘INTEGRAL REVOLUTION’
3. ‘Tyagarchana Shanti Mission Module’ (‘TSM Module’) based on the Fundamental Duties of Indian citizens as dealt with in the Manual of Tyagarchana Shanti Mission (January 2015 edition).
