Govindram Seksaria College of Commerce and Economics, Nagpur was established in 1945 by Shiksha Mandal, Wardha to fulfill the requirement of Commerce education in the region during the pre-Independence period. ians and freedom fighters as Shri Jamnalal Bajaj and Shri Shrikrishnadas Jajoo, who founded Shiksha Mandal, the college continued to receive patronage by Seth Govindram Seksaria, Shri Kamalnayanji Bajaj, Shri Ramkrishnaji Bajaj and host of other noble souls who shaped our existence from time to time. Today, G.S. College of Commerce and Economics, Nagpur has carved a niche for itself as a premier Commerce College in the country and is known for its high academic standards, qualitative growth, and ethical practices under the dynamic leadership of Shri Rahul Bajaj, the President of Shiksha Mandal, Wardha, who has always inspired our ceaseless pursuit of excellence.
