Lecture session on ‘Swabhav Swachhata Sanskar Swachhata (स्वभाव स्वच्छता-संस्कार स्वच्छता)’ on 1 October 2024 as a part of the celebration of Swachhata Pakhwada 2024 by Ganesh Karapuji (Brahma Kumaris) under the theme Swachhata hi Seva. The significance of Panchtatva, or the five components of nature—Prithivi (earth), Pavan (air), Jal (water), Tej (solar energy), and Nabh (sky)—was discussed in this session. These five elements must work harmoniously for all living systems on Earth to function. Since they are the foundation of all creation, including the physical body, they are seen as being significant for the human body. Additionally, you discussed the significance of adhering to two primary lifestyle disciplines:
• Satwic (pure) diet: a vegetarian or vegan diet contributes to general well-being and helps develop clarity and concentration.
• Celibacy is seen as the basis for cultivating a safe and pure way for people to be and live together.
During this session, you also stressed the value of physical exercise and meditation in the practical session as strategies for managing stress, positive thinking, anger management, and self-esteem.
