A day of smiles, kindness, and meaningful connections. 💙

The Department of Applied Chemistry at YCCE, under the guidance of Dr. P. U. Waghe, HOD, and coordination of Dr. Shruti Gomkale, organized a social outreach visit to Nehru Balsadan, Wanadongri, on 20 August 2026.

The faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students spent meaningful time with the children of Sai Ashram, sharing cheerful moments and distributing snacks as a gesture of care and affection.

The visit was a beautiful reminder of the importance of empathy, gratitude, kindness, and social responsibility. The smiles of the children made the experience truly memorable for everyone involved.

Another proud achievement for YCCE as a team of 2nd Year students from the Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Department secured 2nd Prize at the Manthan4Yuva Hackathon Open Innovation 2026, winning a cash prize of ₹31,000.

Team PhantomX has made YCCE proud by securing 1st Prize at the Manthan4Yuva Hackathon 2026 in the Open Innovation category, along with a cash prize of ₹61,000! 🚀

Representing CSE (IoT), 5th Semester, Swanandi Waghmare, Devyanshu Jasud, Yash Kakade, Manthan Vaidya and Mayuresh Kher brought together creativity, technical expertise and teamwork to turn their idea into a winning solution.
