LESSON 03: LEARN TO SAY “SORRY”

Is saying “sorry” easy?
Not always.

It takes courage to admit,
“I made a mistake.”

It takes humility to say,
“I hurt you.”

And it takes character to add,
“I’ll try to do better.”

A sincere “sorry” isn't a sign of weakness.
It is a sign that we care enough to take responsibility.

Sometimes, two simple words can heal a hurt:

“I’M SORRY.”

And saying them with honesty can make us not just better friends, but better humans.

It takes courage to say “sorry.”

KINDNESS & RESPECT – GREET EVERYONE

Who do you greet when you walk into a room?

Your friends?
Your teachers?
People you know?

What about everyone else?

The person who opens the gate.
The person who cleans your classroom.
The person serving your food.
The person you pass by every day.

A simple “Good morning!”, a smile, or a warm “Hello” may take only a few seconds.

But it says something powerful:

“I see you. I respect you. You matter.”

Greet everyone, not just the important ones.
Speak politely, no matter who you’re speaking to.
Treat every person with dignity.
Never measure someone’s worth by their job, status or appearance.

Because respect isn't reserved for a few.
Kindness is for everyone.

SAY HELLO. SHOW RESPECT. SPREAD KINDNESS.

What do you do when someone makes you angry?

Do you hit back?

Shout louder?

Or… choose to walk away?

Being strong doesn't mean winning every fight.

* Sometimes, real strength is staying calm.

* Sometimes, it is choosing words over fists.

* Sometimes, it is taking a breath and saying,

“Let’s talk about it.”

* A disagreement doesn't have to become a fight.

* A mistake doesn't have to become an argument.

* And anger doesn't have to decide what we do next.

A good human knows:

* Hands are for helping, not hurting.

* Words are for expressing, not insulting.

* Hearts are for understanding, not fighting.

Would you litter if nobody was watching?

Meet Rahul.

One day, he casually threw a chocolate wrapper on the road.

But an old gardener picked it up and said something Rahul would never forget:

“Son, this road belongs to all of us.”

That one sentence changed Rahul.

From that day, he stopped littering and started encouraging his friends to keep their surroundings clean too.

Because being a GOOD CITIZEN isn't about waiting for someone else to act.

It’s about taking the first step.

Rahul’s 5 Little Rules for a Better World:

🚻 Toilet, not the street.
🧼 Soap, every time you wash your hands.
🗑️ Dustbin, not the ground.
💧 Turn off the tap when you're done.
🍽️ Take only as much food as you can finish.
