In the most able guidance of Principal Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa, NSS department of Guru Nanak Dev University College Nakodar organised 'Amrit Kalash Yatra'.It is organised under the program 'Meri Mati Mera Desh' which is a humble way to pay tribute to the Martyrs of the country.
On this occasion Principal Dr Randhawa said that that's soil of every corner of the country will reach capital New Delhi in 7500 containers.National war Memorial will create Amrit Vatika with this soil.This Vatika will be the symbol of 'ONE INDIA GREAT INDIA'.This program was organised under the leadership of Professor Pradeep Kaur NSS program officer .All the staff members and NSS volunteers were present on this occasion.

Under the guidance and supervision of Principal Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa, NSS unit of GNDU college Nakodar celebrated NSS Foundation Day. Under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan,a procession was conducted to aware the people about cleanliness. Principal Randhawa said that a clean and healthy person can make a clean and healthy society. NSS program officer Professor Pradeep Kaur organised this programe and procession . Prof. Bhupesh Kumar, Prof. Anu, Prof. Manjot Kaur, Prof. Rajwinder Kaur, Prof. Meena Bangar, Prof. Prerna Taneja, Prof. Aarzoo, Prof. Dolly, Prof. Preety, Prof. Jyoti & S. Amreek Singh were present there.

In the Guru Nanak Dev University college Nakodar under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa, an oath has been taken by the NSS Program Officer Prof. Pardeep Kaur & NSS Team, NSS volunteers, Teaching staff and Non-Teaching for swachh Bharat Abhiyan. They started the campaign with cleaning their own college campus.

As par the instructions of ministry of youth affairs and sports and NSS unit India under the program 'Meri Mati Mera Desh' in the direction of Principal of GNDU college Nakodar ,Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa and in the supervision of NSS Program officer Prof. Pradeep Kaur,On the occasion of 75th Independence day, Teaching & Non Teaching Staff, Student and NSS unit pledged for planting plants, taking care of plants, motivating people for planting more plants and keep the environment clean and green.

As par the instructions of ministry of youth affairs and sports and NSS unit India under the program 'Meri Mati Mera Desh' in the direction of Principal of GNDU college Nakodar ,Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa and in the supervision of NSS program officer Prof. Pradeep Kaur, different plants are planted in village Pandori Khas on the occasion of 75th Independence Day. Residents of village Pandori Khas contributed a lot in this program. S.Maggar Singh, S.Sukhjeet Singh, Ms. Surindra Kaur, Ms. Rajvinder Kaur, S. Jagjit Singh, Ms Ravinder Kaur, S. Mehar Singh, Ms. Sukhwinder Kaur, S. Akashdeep Singh and S. Atul Deep Singh specially contributed in the program. NSS volunteers planted plants in the park and on the roadside .They motivated the villagers to plant more plants. Prof. Bhupesh, S. Manpreet Singh, Mr. Sunil Kumar, Prof. Sandeep Kaur, Prof. Anu, Prof. Meena Bangar, Prof. Prerna Taneja, Prof. Manjot Kaur, Prof. Jaswinder Kaur, Prof. Rajvinder Kaur, Prof. Arzoo, Prof. Dolly and NSS volunteers were present on the occasion.

As Par the instructions of Ministry of youth affairs and sports and NSS unit India we are going to plant trees on the occasion of 75 years of independence .A meeting was held regarding this program in GNDU college Nakodar. this meeting was held under the supervision of Principal Dr Sukhwinder Singh Randhawa and NSS program officer Mrs Pradeep Kaur .All the NSS officials Mr. Jaideep Singh, S. Manpreet Singh, Mr. Bhupesh, Ms. Anu, Mrs. Harpreet Kaur Johal, Ms. Meena Bangar, Ms.Jaspinder Kaur, Ms. Manjot, Mrs. Rajwinder Kaur, Mrs. Dolly, Mrs. Prerna Taneja and S. Sukhjeet Singh & Bibi Rajwinder Kaur social workers from village Pandori attended this meeting.
