Due to unforeseen circumstances, the date for Conjecture 2017 has been shifted to the 28th of October (Saturday). This is on account of the fact that the 27th of October has been declared a holiday by the government of West Bengal.

"DIGITISATION AND TECHNOLOGY AS NECESSARY MEANS TO AN END : IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES OF AN UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRY."

Please note that the essay is to be self titled, that is, the above is not a title that you must conform to.

The essay is to be submitted as a standard Microsoft Word document in TIMES NEW ROMAN (font size: 12pt) with double spacing and must be submitted by the 20th of October, 2017.
