Mahavir Polytechnic Alumnus Pankaj Bodhare Inspires Students with His Journey from ITI Fitter to Senior Consultant in Germany

Mahavir Polytechnic proudly welcomed its alumnus Mr. Pankaj Bodhare, who has transformed his career journey from an ITI Fitter to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, followed by BE, and ultimately to Senior Consultant at Capgemini Engineering, Munich, Germany. Now settled in Germany, Mr. Bodhare shared his inspiring professional journey and international work experience with the students of Mahavir Polytechnic.

Mr. Bodhare conducted an interactive guidance and experience-sharing session for First, Second and Third Year Mechanical Engineering students. He answered students’ questions on higher education, technical skills, international career opportunities, working in Germany, communication skills and industry expectations, encouraging them to continuously learn, upgrade their skills and pursue their career goals with confidence and perseverance.

Dr. Sambhaji Sagare, Principal, Mahavir Polytechnic, introduced Mr. Bodhare to the students and highlighted his achievement as an inspiration for the present generation. Mr. Bodhare expressed happiness on revisiting his alma mater and appreciated the college’s academic and infrastructural development. On the occasion, Mahavir Polytechnic felicitated him with a memento in recognition of his achievements and valuable interaction with the students. Parents’ Meeting Held at Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik

Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik organized a Parents’ Meeting on 1 Sept. for newly admitted First-Year and Direct Second-Year students to strengthen communication and coordination between parents, students, and the institute. The meeting was attended by Director Dr. Priyanka Zawar, Principal Dr. Sambhaji Sagare, and Prof. Sanjay Bhamre on the dais.

Addressing the parents, Dr. Priyanka Zawar emphasized the important role of parents in supporting students during their diploma education. She encouraged parents to motivate and assist their wards, regularly monitor their attendance and academic progress, and maintain communication with the institute. She also highlighted the institute’s commitment to quality education and excellent results and urged parents to ensure that unnecessary mobile phone use does not become a hurdle in the teaching-learning process.

Principal Dr. Sambhaji Sagare briefed the parents about the institute’s academic activities, academic calendar, sports and extracurricular activities, and discipline policies. An interactive session was also conducted during which parents openly raised their questions, concerns, and difficulties related to their wards’ education and college life. Principal Dr. Sagare patiently addressed their queries and provided necessary guidance and solutions, assuring parents of the institute’s support. Shree Mahavir Education Society Celebrates 80th Independence Day with Patriotic Fervour

Shree Mahavir Education Society, Nashik, celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit, and a strong sense of national pride. The celebrations brought together the three institutions of the Society Sanghavi College of Engineering, Mahavir Polytechnic, and Mahavir Institute of Pharmacy at the Society premises.

The National Flag was hoisted by Shri Harish Sanghavi, Founder Chairman of Shree Mahavir Education Society. The ceremony was graced by Co-founder Shri Rahul Sanghavi, Director of Shree Mahavir Education Society, Dr. Priyanka Zawar, Dr. Mohammed Ali , Principal, Sanghavi College of Engineering; Dr. Sambhaji Sagare, Principal, Mahavir Polytechnic; and Dr. Anil Jadhav, Principal, Mahavir Institute of Pharmacy, along with faculty members, non-teaching staff and members of the Mahavir family.

Mahavir Polytechnic Student Mugdha Dattatray Madne Wins State-Level Dance Championship at Bhavya Kalavishkar 2026

Shree Mahavir Education Society's Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik, proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Ms. Mugdha Dattatray Madne, a Third Year Diploma student of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML), who won the Winner's Trophy (First Place) in the prestigious Bhavya Kalavishkar 2026 State-Level Mega Dance Competition organized by The Idol Event at Shirdi, Ahilyanagar. Her remarkable accomplishment has brought great pride to the institution and reflects Mahavir Polytechnic's commitment to nurturing excellence in both academics and co-curricular activities.

Bhavya Kalavishkar 2026 was organized with the objective of providing a free and accessible platform for talented artists from rural and semi-urban Maharashtra, eliminating financial barriers through zero registration and entry fees. The competition was conducted in two stages. The Semi-Final Round was held on 27 June at J.K. Palace, Shirdi, where talented performers from different parts of Maharashtra showcased their skills. Based on their performances, only 20 finalists were selected for the Grand Finale, held on 12 July at the Shri Saibaba Auditorium, Shirdi. Competing against the state's finest finalists, Mugdha delivered a mesmerizing performance marked by exceptional technique, graceful expressions, confidence, and powerful stage presence, earning the coveted Champion Trophy and the Winner's Title.
The performances were judged by renowned experts Ms. Shilpa Sugandhi, Founder of Rhythm Dance Academy and an accomplished classical dancer, and Mr. Hitesh Lokchandani, a disciple of internationally acclaimed choreographer Remo D'Souza. Mugdha's performance received high appreciation from both the judges and the organizers for its artistic excellence and technical perfection.

A***n Pawar Tops College with 98.24%; 39 Students Score Perfect 100/100

Nashik: Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik, recently organized a felicitation ceremony to honour the outstanding achievers of the MSBTE Summer Sessional Examination 2026. The meritorious students were presented with trophies and congratulated by the Director of Shree Mahavir Education Society, Dr. Priyanka Zawar, and Principal Dr. Sambhaji Sagare, in recognition of their exceptional academic performance. Heads of Departments, faculty members, and staff appreciated the students for their dedication and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence.

The MSBTE Summer Sessional Examination 2026 results brought another proud moment for Mahavir Polytechnic as students delivered outstanding performances across all diploma programmes. Continuing its tradition of academic excellence, the institute achieved remarkable results in Computer, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineering. A***n Ashok Pawar, a Third Year Diploma in Computer Engineering student, emerged as the College Topper with 98.24% marks. Monali Prabhakar Phad secured the second position with 97.88%, while Harshad Sanjay Shimpi stood third with 97.53%.

A major highlight of this year's results was the exceptional achievement of 39 students who secured a perfect score of 100 out of 100 marks in various subjects, setting a new benchmark of academic excellence. Among them were A***n Pawar, Harshad Shimpi, Kunal Jadhav, Ketan Nikam, Yogita Rane, Purva Sonawane, Sai Jitendra Shinde, Hussain Suwasrawala, Rohan Zagade, Krutika Mahajan, Siddhi Pawar, Sayali Bagul, Pranjal Sarode, Harshada Pingale, Manoj Gaikwad, Chetana Bachhav, Aarti Aher, Kanchan Kedar, and several other students who demonstrated exceptional subject mastery.

The branch-wise results also reflected outstanding performances. In the Final Year, Kunal Jadhav topped Information Technology Engineering, Rohan Khade secured first in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Vinayak Ghandigaonkar topped Mechanical Engineering, Om Anarase secured first in Electrical Engineering, and Tanuja Mondhe topped Civil Engineering. In the Second Year, Vivek Aher, Gauri Pillai, Sachin Raut, Yash Walekar, Devendra Deshmukh, and Prasann Bhure emerged as branch toppers. Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik, proudly welcomed its distinguished alumnus, Mr. Akshay Kishor Kardile, a 2018 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering , who recently visited his alma mater and shared his inspiring academic and professional journey with the faculty and students.

After completing his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Mahavir Polytechnic, Mr. Akshay Kardile pursued higher education in Germany and successfully earned his MBA from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Germany. He is currently working with BASF Services Europe GmbH, Germany, one of the world's leading multinational chemical companies. During his visit, Mr. Kardile toured the college campus and expressed immense happiness and pride after witnessing the remarkable infrastructural, academic, and technological development of Mahavir Polytechnic. 34 Students Placed in Campus Drive at Mahavir Polytechnic; Leading IT Companies Offer Career Opportunities

Mahavir Polytechnic, Nashik, successfully organized a Campus Placement Drive for students of the Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML) departments, providing a valuable platform for students and alumni to connect with leading IT industries and secure promising career opportunities.

The placement drive witnessed the participation of reputed companies including Exilance Software, SoftCrowd Technologies, NPiT Solutions, and Shivmudra Computer Services. The recruitment process was conducted in multiple stages comprising an Aptitude Test, followed by a Group Discussion Round, and finally a one-to-one HR Interview for shortlisted candidates. Students enthusiastically participated in all rounds, demonstrating their technical knowledge, communication skills, and professional aptitude.

As a result of the rigorous selection process, 34 students were successfully placed in various technical and professional roles across the participating organizations.
