⚽✨ Henrique Pelosi , Global Partnership - Sr. Sales Manager at SPORTFIVE and a FIFA Master alumnus, was the distinguished guest speaker for the CIES Conference held on 27th September at Pillai FIFA CIES 7th Edition at Pillai College ,Navi Mumbai. Mr. Pelosi has extensive international experience in sports business, sponsorships, and partnerships, having previously worked with the prestigious Juventus Football Club as their Global Partnerships Development Officer.

He delivered an insightful session highlighting how meaningful commercial partnerships drive growth in sports marketing and media. Drawing from his global career, he shared strategies on building long-term sponsorships, developing impactful commercial strategies, and aligning partnerships with organisational objectives.

The 6th Edition of the PILLAI FIFA CIES International Programme in Sports Management began this past weekend. The Opening Ceremony was held alongside the Convocation Ceremony for the 2023-24 graduating class. We were honored to have Mr. Vincent Monnier, Senior Manager of International Relations at CIES, and Dr. Shaji Prabhakaran, CIES Coordinator for India, as our esteemed guests. They warmly welcomed the new cohort and offered their best wishes as they embark on this exciting path of growth and education. The outgoing graduates also received valuable advice from our guests. Dr. Priam Pillai and Dr. Celina Joy also shared some inspirational words with those present. Several graduates also took the stage to share insights and tips, helping the new students prepare to maximize their experience in this exceptional program.

We are pleased to introduce Ms. Sarah Crumbach, an esteemed leader in international sports development and event management, as our next featured CIES Conference Speaker.

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Ms Crumbach has collaborated with prestigious organizations like the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Volleyball World, and Sportstec - International Youth Development Agency.

Currently as Director of Programmes & Partnerships at Sportstec, Ms Crumbach spearheads the creation of value-based sport interventions, connecting strategic objectives with community needs to drive impactful change.

Her tenure as a Senior Strategic Advisor saw her developing Sport for Impact Programs and facilitating youth development initiatives across multiple continents, showcasing her dedication to leveraging sports for positive social change.
