“From being an average engineering student to becoming the Best Student of the Electronics and Computer Science Department —this journey changed me in ways I never imagined.”
When I first entered engineering, I was confused, unfocused, and unsure of where I truly belonged. Academics felt difficult, but somewhere along the way, I discovered graphic designing and that one small interest slowly became my biggest strength.
Winning a poster-making competition gave me my first sense of confidence. Later, joining the Students’Council as a graphics member and becoming part of the Alegria graphics team helped me grow creatively, personally, and professionally. Learning from seniors like Ved Dalvi taught me the importance of teamwork, consistency, and believing in my own potential.
My biggest turning point came when I got the opportunity to serve as the Graphics Head. Managing responsibilities, balancing academics, leading a team, and contributing to events like the 25 Years of PCE celebration and Alegria 2025 pushed me beyond my limits and helped me discover the best version of myself.
In my final year, getting the opportunity to work with Mercor as a Photoshop expert and video editor felt surreal. It made me realize that every sleepless night, every challenge, and every moment of self-doubt was worth it.
College taught me how to grow, how to lead, and how to rise even when things felt overwhelming.
And this is just the beginning.
A heartfelt thank you to Franav Sir, Principal Sir, Seema Ma’am, and all the faculty members for constantly guiding, trusting, and supporting me throughout this journey.
