On 2 July, The Institute of Marine Engineers (India) proudly marked a significant milestone with the official launch of our strategic partnership with MLA College at the MLA College India Launch Reception in Mumbai.

The event brought together senior leaders from the maritime industry, higher education, government and business, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing maritime education, professional development and leadership for the future.

This strategic partnership combines IME(I)'s extensive professional network and commitment to maritime excellence with MLA College's expertise in flexible UK higher education, making internationally recognised postgraduate education more accessible to maritime professionals across India.

Through this collaboration, experienced maritime professionals can pursue flexible, fully online UK postgraduate programmes, enabling them to continue their careers while earning globally recognised qualifications.
