Apeejay School of Management hosted an insightful International Guest Lecture on Agile Project Management Methodology, featuring Mr. Prasanna Manda, Agile Release Train Engineer at TD AMCB, USA, who brings over two decades of experience in leading technology transformation across complex enterprise environments.

The engaging session introduced students to the evolving world of Agile project management through practical industry perspectives. Discussions covered the Waterfall vs. Agile approach, key Agile principles, and the practical application of Scrum, Kanban, and Sprints in contemporary organisations.

The session also explored emerging trends in Agile and the growing importance of adaptability in today’s dynamic digital economy.

A particularly valuable takeaway was the emphasis on developing leadership capability alongside technical and managerial knowledge — an essential perspective for aspiring management professionals.
