We’re proud to share that the ANZ Australian Branch Network Leadership Excellence Program, co-designed and delivered by DeakinCo. in partnership with ANZ, has been recognised as the Runner-Up in the Best Leadership Development Program category at the 2026 AITD Excellence Awards.

Created to help high-performing Branch Managers grow into strategic, enterprise-minded leaders, the six-month program combined evidence-based learning with real-world application through interactive workshops, action learning projects, peer momentum circles, innovation immersions, and business crisis simulations.

The program has helped strengthen leadership capability, build cross-functional collaboration, and create greater confidence for future growth and enterprise contribution across ANZ.
