Cognitio - the Debating and Quizzing Society of Dyal Singh College was established in 2010 through the relentless efforts and enthusiasm of our founder and first president Utsav Shukla. Since then the society has gone on to add many feathers in its cap. The society competes in all formats of debating including mock parliaments,MUNs,conventional debates and parliamentary debates. In 2015,we also st

arted our quizzing faction that tasted enormous success winning over 30 quizzes in various colleges and has created a name for itself. In 2019, the staff council of Dyal Singh College passed a resolution to separate the debating (english & hindi) and the quizzing factions for the purposes of better administration.
