We are authorized recruitment partner of Maruti Suzuki India and currently responsible for providing manpower (ONLY ITI passed candidates) to company’s Gurgaon and Manesar plant (Haryana). Presently we are visiting following college for campus hiring in month of October 2016.

Eligibility Criteria:
Role: Workmen level on Shop floor on Maruti Suzuki Payroll.
Qualification:- ITI (NVCT / SCVT 2 year full time course) with 10th or 12th pass (fresher or having less than three years experience can appear) Candidates who have done short term vocational courses in desirable trades from any private / vocational /government ITIs ( like 6 Months, 1 Year) will not acceptable as per the defined policy. *ITI Completion / Certificate is MUST for appearing in the written test/Interview.
Desirable ITI Trades:-Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Automobile, Welder, Painter, PPO, Motor Mechanic (MMV), Diesel Mechanic, Tractor Mechanic, and COE Advance (- Only Heat Engine and Automobile). Candidates are required to carry Valid Age Proof; ITI Certification in required ITI trade (only from SCVT / NCVT are eligible) at the time of written test.
Age:-18 to 25 years 10 Months (Only Male)
· CTC (salary)- Rs 18752/-
· Other benefits:- Uniform & Shoes; Canteen Facility (Meal, Tea, Snacks) Contribution 50::50 - Employee:: Employer ; Leaves (PL-8, C4); Holidays (applicable as per approved company annual holiday calendar); GPAI (2 Lacs), ESI Coverage; Statutory Bonus (As per payment of Bonus Act).
Interview Process:-
This would be a two stage process, wherein in the first phase we would be doing the assessment of your students through a test(Duration of test 1 Hour) and the passed candidates would then be interviewed by the panel of Maruti Suzuki India.
