Industrial Visit

CII school of logistics Amity University Mumbai along with students and faculties visited the CCI logistics and industrial park at Palaspa on 11/5/22.
Its a group of Chemical 3PL Warehouses which manage over 5700 pallet positions for various leading global Chemical manufacturers.
The entire warehousing process along with the Quality management and safety Measures were explained by the top management in detail, which was immensely beneficial to our students

On May 19, CII school of Logistics had arranged one day hands-on demo workshop on warehouse management software WebXpress. Corporate trainers from WebXpress - Neel Sanghvi (Project Manager) and Yasmeen Khan (Support Executive) gave full cycle demo of WebXpress WMS to our MBA students including receiving, Putaway, picking, packing and dispatch. This was immensely beneficial for our students as they could understand the practical application of WMS software, whose theory they had already learnt in classroom.
