The session was delivered by Mr. Arjun Chhabra, who provided valuable insights into the rapidly evolving landscape of the IT industry. He highlighted key areas such as current industry trends, emerging technologies shaping the future, and the essential skills required to remain competitive in today’s dynamic tech environment.
The seminar offered students a deeper understanding beyond academic learning by connecting theoretical knowledge with real-world industry expectations. It also encouraged them to align their skill development with current market demands.

The Training & Placement Cell of MGM College of Engineering & Technology, Noida, successfully organized a Campus Recruitment Drive in collaboration with Deftrank for Futurex Management Solution Pvt. Ltd. on 10th April 2026 for the B.Tech (CSE / CSE AI–ML) 2026 batch students.
The recruitment drive was conducted under the able guidance and visionary leadership of our respected Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Sunil J. Wagh, whose continuous support and encouragement play a vital role in strengthening industry–academia relationships at MGM CoET.
The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who actively engaged in the selection process. The recruitment process included various rounds such as aptitude assessment, technical evaluation, and personal interviews, designed to assess the candidates' skills, knowledge, and overall suitability for the organization.

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at MGM’s College of Engineering & Technology successfully organized Hacknovation 2026 on 23rd–24th March 2026.
The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of more than 90 students, who worked on problem statements across diverse domains including Defence, Cybersecurity, Environment, AR/VR, and EdTech. The hackathon featured both development and presentation phases, encouraging participants to build practical solutions and effectively communicate their innovative ideas.
The event was conducted under the guidance and visionary leadership of our Respected Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Sunil J. Wagh, whose constant support continues to strengthen innovation, skill development, and entrepreneurship among students.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and participants who showcased their skills and creativity across various domains.
