John College of Engineering and Management (SJCEM) provides facilities for professional education in the new district of Palghar with the mission of 'Serving to Educate Educating to Serve' by offering four year Degree Courses in Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering and two year Post Graduate Degree Course - Masters of Management Studies. Established with the objective of providing professional knowledge and developing the expertise and creativity of youth, especially the youth of the Palghar semi-urban and rural population to create a better tomorrow. “Unlocking Potential- A new Adventure Awaits “ by Ms Zeenia Bharda for the new batch of Polytechnic💯

Techniques and strategies for setting and achieving personal and professional goals were explained by Zeenia Bharda (Associate CIPD) She shared personal stories and experiences of overcoming adversity and encouraged the freshers to act toward achieving their goals.

She spoke about her journey from the - “ Chair to the Stage”- chair in the audience as a student to the podium as an esteemed Alumni Speaker !

Junior could easily connect to her as she spoke- “Always welcome difficulties and challenges in your life. These make us stronger, better and gives us an opportunity to get the best inside us.”

She stated how it’s pretty hard to choose one from College fun life and learning, and advised the newcomers to enjoy both and take full advantage of the excellent infrastructure the campus provides.
