Resolve to be healthier in this new year 2023.
"HAPPY NEW YEAR"
I am suggesting some tips for making resolution to be healthier. I am implementing these tips since one month.
* Set specific and achievable goals. Instead of resolving to "lose weight "set a specific goal such as "lose 2-3kg" or exercise 3 times per week. Walk more. Drink more water.
*Make your own plan. Watch how can you achieve your targeted goal. Observations are important. You can join gym or start home workout. For me home workout is much better. "Power Yoga" is best. It gives me mental peace and full body stretching.
* Most importantly monitor your food intake and follow healthier diet.
*Get support of your family and friends. Involve them to achieve your target goal.
*Be consistent. It's important to have healthy choice regularly not just occasionally. Don't try junk or unhealthy food for fun or even force by your friends. Incorporate Healthy habits into daily routine.
* Don't hesitate to say "no" to unhealthy item. Once you put control on your taste buds no one can force you to eat unhealthy and junk food.
Don't get discouraged. It's normal to have setbacks and it's okay. *The important thing is to keep trying and keep moving.
We should be consistent for getting success. As "consistency is the key for success".
One should be determined for making healthier choices that are Sustainable over the long time.
So for this coming New Year 2023 set your goal and choose to be healthier version of yourself.
