BNEGA is the short discription of BHAGAT SINGH NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT GRAUNTED ACT. It is an act related to employment graunted for jobs to youth in india. ALL INDIA STUDENTS FEDRATION and ALL INDIA YOUTH FEDRATION under the flag of RUJGAR PRAPATI MUHEEM decided to fight for grauntee in yhe jobs of the indian youth. as we known today governments are failed to provide jobs for students and we invited to students youth to fight with AISF and AIYF for implementing this act in the parliment of india. It is the failure of the governments under the captalist people of country not to provide jobs. we said if we will reduce the working hours shift under the law, then everyboby will get job in country.

ਓਹਦੇ ਢਿੱਡ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਤਾਂ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ
ਮੰਗਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਦਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ
ਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾਂ ਹਾਂ
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਲ ਲੀਰਾਂ ਪਈਆਂ ਹਨ
ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਵਾਨ ਉਮਰੇ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ

ਢਿੱਡ ਭੁੱਖੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ

ਕਿਸੇ ਅਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਬੋਝਾ ਨਾ ਢੋਣ
ਰੱਸੇ ਪੀਘਾਂ ਬਣਨ ,ਖ਼ੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਫਾਹੇ ਨਾ ਬਣਨ
ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਬਸਤੇ ਹੀ ਹੋਣ
ਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜਰੂਰ ਕੀ ਮਾਵਾਂ ਜੰਮਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਚੋਂ ਦੁੱਧ ਪਿਆਉਨ ਜੋਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣ
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਾ ਜਰੂਰ ਕਰਿਓ

ਲੈਨਿਨ.....
ਨਜਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਜਾਦੂਗਰ
ਨਜਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਣੇ ਨਜਰੀਏ ਨਾਲ,
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਚਾਣ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ
ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਪਸੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ
ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅੱਖ ਵੇਖ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਸੀ।
ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ
ਉਹ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
ਘਟਨਾਂਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਕਰਨੋਂ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ,
ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਜਰੀਆ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸੀ,
ਉਹ ਘਟਨਾਂਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਕਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵੇਖ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਭਵਿੱਖ
ਲਿਤਾੜੇ ,ਭੁੱਖੇ,ਬੇਵੱਸ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ
ਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਕੀਤੀ
ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ
ਤੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਤੱਕ ਪੁਹੰਚਣ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗ ਦਿੱਤਾ
ਤਜੁਰਬੇ 'ਚੋਂ ਆਇਆ
ਅਮਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ,
ਬਾ'ਕਮਾਲ ਨਜਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਦੂਗਰ
ਜਿਸਦਾ ਨਜਰੀਆ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ।
ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਾਉਣ ਦੀ
ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ਨਜਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਾਦੂਗਰ

Informational message

BNEGA is the short description of BHAGAT SINGH NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE ACT. This is the slogan of RUJGAR PRAPATI MUHEEM, a campaign initiated by AISF and AIYF since 1997. We started signature campaigning from HUSAINIWALA on 23rd march 2015. BNEGA is an act, which will be passed from our parliament. It will provide jobs to every person above 18 years. BNEGA will guarantee employment to the youth who complete their ages of 18 years.

Under this act we are demanding the division of all labour forces into the following categories:
1) Unskilled
2)Semi skilled
3)Skilled
4) Highly skilled.
and the basic salary must be a minimum of 15000, 20000, 25000 and 30000 respectively for categories.
This categorization would encourage a healthy competition among individuals and every one would work to their full capacity. If in case government fails to give jobs to some individuals categorized as above, then they would be entitled to receive 50% of these WORK WAITING ALLOWANCE after 1 year till the government does not find a suitable job for them.
BNEGA scheme would also ensure that the working hours be reduced from 8 hours to 6 hours. We are not asking for the moon. This theory is scientifically proven by the likes Bhagat Singh, Lenin and Karl Marx.
So finally we are asking all of you to join hands with the RUZGAAR PRAPATI MUHEEM. Come and join the movement with AISF & AIYF under RUZGAAR PRAPATI MUHEEM. This scheme will guarantees employment to youth. All we need is your help
