1) ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਇਬ੍ਰੇਰੀ ਦੀ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰਹਿਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
2) ਪਾਰਕਾਂ, ਸੜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਰਕ ਜ਼ੋਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾਈਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਦ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
3) ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੈਂਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
4) ਬਾਹਰ ਪੀਜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੌਸਟਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
5) ਨਵੇਂ ਹੌਸਟਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
