TRTC, Patna Consultancy activities in CAD/CAM/CAE, Training, Design & manuf. of Press Tools, Jigs Aim and Objective of the Tool Room:

Introduction
Tool Room & Training Centre, Patna (An Extension centre of Indo Danish Tool Room Jamshedpur) had opened its CAD/CAM extension centre at Patna in the premises of MSME DI Patliputra in the year 2003. On the 13th of June 2015, it was rebuilt as a fully fledged Tool Room with all the state-of-the-art Manufacturing and Training facilities. Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur was established in the year of 1991 under the technical collaboration and bilateral agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Denmark. Indo Danish Tool Room is one of the most sophisticated ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 29990:2010 certified Institute in India having state of the art leading edge technologies. We undertake Consultancy activities in CAD/CAM/CAE, Design & manufacturing of Press Tools, Plastic Moulds, Pressure Die Casting Dies, Jigs & Fixtures, Gauges and precision machining of jobs. To impart Long Term and Short Term training in the field of Tool Engineering with the latest technology.
2. To provide consultancy services to MSME Sectors.
3. To provide common facility services in precision Machining/ Heat Treatment and other Technical Engineering know-how in Tooling to the MSME Industries in the country.
4. To design and manufacture Mould, Tool & Dies, Jigs and Fixture etc of high precision quality.
5. To Conduct Corporate Training Programs for up gradation of existing Human Resource.

🎓 Today, the certificate distribution ceremony for the successful completion of the "Advanced CNC Machining Techniques Using CAD/CAM/CAE" program was held successfully at the Tool Room and Training Centre, Patna.

Students from different Polytechnic Colleges participated in the program and received their certificates upon successful completion of the training. This program enhanced their technical skills and practical knowledge in advanced CNC machining and modern CAD/CAM/CAE technologies.

We are incredibly proud to showcase the hard work of our Diploma in Advanced Mechatronics and Industrial Automation (DAMIA) students, Session (2024 - 2027), GroupA & Group-B!

As part of their 4th-semester practical curriculum, this talented group - 'B' took on the challenge of designing and building foundational digital electronics systems from the ground up: a Full Adder and a Half Subtractor. And Group - 'A' made street light intensity control.
