कभी देखा है प्रतापगढ़ का ताजमहल ..... न देखा हो तो देख लीजिये |

ओवरब्रिज 10 साल से बन रहा है अब तक पूरा नहीं है। मतलब यह कि जिले का विकास दस साल पीछे है। समझ नहीं आता कि ब्रिज निर्माण में रोड़ा क्या है। पट्टी के पूर्व विधायक मोती सिंह कहते हैं मैंने नहीं रोका, सांसद रत्ना सिंह कहती हैं हमने नहीं रोका। तो 10 साल में ओवरब्रिज का निर्माण पूरा क्यों नहीं हुआ?

राजनीतिक के पटल पर भले ही जिले का नाम सुर्खियों में रहता हो, लेकिन शहर के यातायात की व्यवस्था शर्मसार करने वाली है। चिलबिला रेलवे क्रासिंग ओवरब्रिज पिछले दस वर्षों में नहीं बन सका। हर चुनाव में यह पुल चुनावी मुद्दा बनता है।
चिलबिला रेलवे फाटक ओवरब्रिज व पहुंच मार्ग का शिलान्यास दो बार हुआ। अक्षय प्रताप सिंह ने ओवर ब्रिज और सांसद रत्ना सिंह ने पहुंच मार्ग का शिलान्यास किया था। पुल का निर्माण हो गया। इसके बाद करीब 34 करोड़ रुपए केंद्र से पहुंच मार्ग के लिए मिले हैं। इसके बावजूद पहुंच मार्ग का काम पूरा नहीं हो सका। इन दिनों पहुंच मार्ग निर्माण का काम कच्छप गति से हो रहा है। कभी काम बंद होता है तो कभी शुरू हो जाता है। जल्दी काम पूरा न होने से फाटक पर हर रोज तगड़ा जाम लगता है। जाम में फंसे मरीज कभी दम तोड़ देते हैं तो किसी महिला का प्रसव वाहन में ही हो जा रहा है। हजारों लोग जाम की समस्या से प्रतिदिन जूझ रहे हैं। लोग अब जनप्रतिनिधियों की नीयत पर सवाल उठाने लगे हैं।

मैं , भारत देश का नागरिक होने के नाते शपथ लेता हूँ, की मैं सड़क पर या किसी भी सार्वजनिक स्थान पर कूड़ा/कचरा नहीं फेकूंगा, ना ही कही थूकूंगा और न ही कहीं गन्दगी करूंगा । मैं सड़क या गलियों के बजाये, कूड़ेदान या किसी निर्धारित स्थान पे ही फेकूंगा।
मैं अपने सभी दोस्तों, परिचितों और जानने वालों से अनुरोध करता हूँ की वो मुझे अपने शहर और देश को स्वछ बनाने में सहयोग करें और साथ ही इस मुहीम को और आगे भी बढाएँ...........
