सफलता के पीछे होती है असफलता की कहानी
=================================
जब हम किसी सफल व्यक्ति को देखते हैं तो केवल
उसकी सफलता को देखते हैं। इस सफलता को पाने
की कोशिश में वह कितनी बार असफल हुआ है, यह
कोई जानना नहीं चाहता। जबकि असफलता
का सामना करे बिना शायद ही कोई सफल
होता है।
अमेरिका के रोनाल्ड रीगन फिल्मों में अभिनेता
थे। पहली बार गवर्नर का चुनाव लड़े तो लोगों ने
हंसी उड़ाई, लेकिन वे जीत गए। दो बार गवर्नर
रहने के बाद जब उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति का चुनाव
लड़ने का फैसला किया तो पार्टी ने उन्हें
प्रत्याशी नहीं बनाया। चार साल बाद फिर
उन्होंने कोशिश की, फिर भी कामयाबी नहीं
मिली।
चार साल बाद उन्होंने फिर कोशिश की और
सफल हुए और भारी बहुमत से अमेरिका के
राष्ट्रपति बने। हमारे यहां भी इस तरह के कई
उदाहरण हैं जो कई असफलताओं के बाद सफल हुए।
भारतीय फिल्मों के महानायक अमिताभ बच्चन
ने अपने करियर की शुरुआत में लगातार नौ असफल
फिल्में दीं, फिर वे सफल हुए। ऐसे कई उदाहरण हैं।
असफलता, सफलता के साथ-साथ चलती है।
आप इसे किस तरह से लेते हैं, यह आप पर निर्भर
करता है, क्योंकि हर असफलता आपको कुछ
सिखाती है। असफलता में राह में मिलने वाली
सीख को समझकर जो आगे बढ़ता जाता है वह
सफलता को पा लेता है। सफलता के लिए
जितना जरूरी लक्ष्य और योजना है, उतना ही
जरूरी असफलता का सामना करने की ताकत
भी।
जिस दिन आप तय करते हैं कि आपको सफलता
पाना है, उसी दिन से अपने आपको असफलता का
सामना करने के लिए तैयार कर लेना चाहिए,
क्योंकि असफलता वह कसौटी है जिस पर
आपको परखा जाता है कि आप सफलता के
योग्य हैं या नहीं। यदि आप में दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति है
और आप हर असफलता की चुनौती का सामना
कर आगे बढ़ने में सक्षम हैं तो आपको सफल होने से
कोई नहीं रोक सकता। तो हो जाइए तैयार
सफलता की राह में आने वाली मुश्किलों का
सामना करने के लिए, क्योंकि हर सफल व्यक्ति के
पीछे उसकी असफलताओं की भी कहानी होती
है।
गिरते हैं शहसवार ही मैदान-ए-जंग में ।
वो तिफ़्ल क्या गिरेगा जो घुटनों के बल चले ।।

Directions (1-5): In each of the following questions two statements are given and these statements are followed by two conclusions numbered (1) and (2). You have to take the given two statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. Read the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the two given statements, disregarding commonly known facts. Give answer:

(1) If only (1) conclusion follows
(2) If sonly (2) conclusion follows
(3) If either (1) or (2) follows
(4) If neither (1) nor (2) follows and
(5) If both (1) and (2) follow

1. Statements: All TV are LCD. Some LCD are LED.

Conclusions: I. Some LED are TV.

2. Statements: Some doors are window. No window is a house.

Conclusion I. All house being door is a possibility.
II. At least some house is a window.

3. Statements: Some red are blue. Some green are red.

8. Statements: Some mails are chats.

Conclusions:
I. All mails being updates is a possibility.
II. No update is a mail.

Statements: No stone is metal.
Some metals are papers.
All papers are glass.

9. Conclusions:
I. No glass is metal.
II. At least some glasses are metals.

10. Conclusions:
I. All stones being glass is a possibility.

यह सम्मान उन्हें ब्रिटिश कोलंबिया की विधायिका द्वारा भारत में प्रतिभावान निर्धन बच्चों को उच्च संस्थानों में प्रवेश दिलाने के लिए दिए जा रहे गुणवत्ता प्रशिक्षण के कारण दिया गया.

ब्रिटिश कोलंबिया की विधायिका में मैपल रिज के प्रतिनिधि मार्क डाल्टन ने उनके सम्मान में प्रशस्ति पत्र पढ़ा.

ब्रिटिश कोलंबिया सरकार ने सुपर-30 के नाम से प्रसिद्ध संस्थान को मान्यता प्रदान करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया था.

सुपर-30 पिछले 14 वर्षों से समाज के पिछड़े वर्गों के 30 विद्यार्थियों को आईआईटी में प्रवेश दिलाने के लिए प्रवेश परीक्षा की मुफ्त तैयारी करा रहा है. गौरतलब है कि अब तक सभी विद्यार्थी सफल हुए हैं
