The Department of CSE & AI, Sri Lakshmi Narayana College of Engineering, successfully organized an inspiring programme titled “Inspiring Minds: Motivation and Career Pathways” on 18th August 2025 at the Seminar Hall. The event was exclusively held for the 2nd and 3rd year students of the CSE & AI Departments.
The session commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. U. Soundarya, AP/English, followed by the introduction of the Chief Guest by Mr. D. Jayandhiran, Training & Placement Officer.
Our respected Principal, Dr. S. Seenuvasamurthi, in his address, highlighted that career is not just about “what we become” but more importantly “who we become.” He urged students to align their aspirations with strong values, perseverance and creativity. Drawing inspiration from the programme’s theme, he emphasized that students must ignite their inner spark, continuously learn, think innovatively and courageously pursue their dreams. His words set the perfect tone for the day, encouraging students to prepare themselves as the true architects of tomorrow.
The highlight of the day was the motivational and career guidance session delivered by Mr. R. Srinivasan, Founder & Chief Mentor, Higgins Learning Excellence, who enlightened students on identifying their strengths, building resilience and seizing career opportunities with confidence. His talk was engaging, thought-provoking and left the audience with valuable takeaways for their personal and professional growth.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. U. Uthaya Chanthiriga, HoD-Incharge, CSE & AI, who expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest, Principal, faculty members, organizing team and students for making the event a grand success.
A special note of gratitude goes to Mr. Anbu, CEO, for his continuous support, guidance and for providing the necessary infrastructure that made this event possible. His vision and encouragement are instrumental in enabling such impactful initiatives for our students.
Finally, sincere appreciation is extended to Mr. D. Jayandhiran, Training & Placement Officer, for his excellent coordination, planning and dedicated arrangements that played a pivotal role in the seamless ex*****on of the programme.
Overall, the event was a resounding success, inspiring young minds to envision their future pathways with clarity, courage and commitment.
