Kamei Music Education & Certification Services was established on August 16th, 2009. We have an ideology expressed in our unique slogan "Promise us practice because we promise you results". We believe that the ultimate attainment of music will be realized only in

its power to save mankind from his misery. This is our mission and we shall endeavour to save mankind through music. Mode of conducting class: online and home tutions

Saturday: closed

*Class Quotas and Scheduling*

- Monthly classes: 4 or 8 classes per month
- Extra quotas: Available for leave or recovery classes

*Missed Classes and Refunds*

- *Teacher misses class*:
- Makeup class (subject to teacher's availability) or
- Partial deduction of fees in the next month (based on 4/8 classes)
- *Student misses class*:
- Full fees payable, no deduction
- Makeup class possible with available extra quotas

*Long Breaks and Class Slots*

- *Keeping class slot*: Pay full monthly fees to reserve slot
- *Returning from break*: New class slot assigned based on availability if slot isn't reserved by a student

_Fees and Payments to teachers
- Payment terms: Payment due to teachers by the 10th of next month
- New students joining:
- 15th-20th: 50% of monthly fees
- After 20th: Pay-per-class basis

The fee percentage given for teachers is determined by work experience and a minimum of 3 months ratings as follows:

- *>= 10 years of experience*
- 4-5 stars: 80%
- 3-3.99 stars: 77.5%
- 2.5-2.99 stars: 75%
75% for 3 months before rating
- *>= 5 years of experience*
- 4-5 stars: 77.5%
- 3-3.99 stars: 75%
- 2-2.99 stars: 72.5%
72.5% for 3 months before rating
- *< 5 years of experience*
- 4-5 stars: 75%
- 3-3.99 stars: 72.5%
- 2.5-2.99 stars: 70%
70% for 3 months before rating

*Fee structure for TCL/ABRSM/RAM/MTB courses:*

The following fee structure applies to all music educational programs:

- Pre-initial: ₹5,500
- Grade 1-2: ₹6,000
- Grade 3-4: ₹6,750
- Grade 5-6: ₹7,750
- Grade 7-8: ₹9,000

Fee structure for hobby course:

Rs 5000/- for all courses online or at teacher's house

Rs. 6000/- for all courses if teacher goes to student's house

Fees shall be paid monthly by students

Dear Teachers,

With the health and safety of all Trinity candidates, examiners and staff being of paramount importance to us, due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 we have taken the decision to suspend all exams with immediate effect.

Trinity is committed to supporting the hard work of candidates and teachers around the world. We know the amount of time and effort involved in preparing for our assessments, and how disappointing it will be to have to postpone exams. We are therefore working on a number of new initiatives that will enable candidates with pre-existing bookings for certain examinations to submit work digitally during this difficult period. Please expect updates over the coming days.

We will continue to monitor all local and international Government advice and will resume face to face examinations as soon as it is safe to do so.

Until then, exams for the following subjects are deferred to a later date.
Music Grades
Music Diplomas
Music Written (Theory)
Rock & Pop
Drama
ESOL (GESE & ISE)

Candidates, teachers and schools may continue to submit entries for exams as per the scheduled exam sessions. Fees should be deposited as usual in the designated HDFC branches, and entries submitted to the office of the Trinity Representative before the closing date for these exams.

Every effort will be made to re-schedule exams to the general convenience of candidates, teachers and schools, failing which, fees will be refunded should this not be possible.
