The program commenced with a welcome address by Coordinators, who highlighted the importance of fire safety in maintaining a secure learning environment.
The resource persons Mr. U. Sarath Babu, DDR &FO, Mr. P. Bhasivi Reddy, ADFO, Mr. M. Guru shankar Reddy, LF an experts in fire safety management, Proddatur delivered an informative session covering:
• Common causes of fire accidents in colleges (electrical short circuits, chemical reactions, negligence, etc.).
• Types of fires and classification (Class A, B, C, D, and electrical fires).
• Fire prevention techniques and safety protocols.
• Emergency evacuation procedures and assembly points.
• Importance of fire safety audits and regular inspections.
A demonstration session was conducted where participants were trained on:
• Usage of different types of fire extinguishers (water, foam, CO₂, dry powder).
• PASS technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep).
• Handling emergency situations calmly and effectively.
A mock fire drill was also organized to simulate real-time emergency conditions. Students and staff actively participated in evacuation procedures, learning how to exit safely and assist others. Interactive discussions and Q&A sessions allowed participants to clarify doubts and share experiences related to fire safety.

The session began with a welcome address by the coordinator, who emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and the need for legal and ethical awareness in establishing a successful start-up.
 The resource person Mr. Singa Reddy Hari Kishore Reddy garu initiated the session by explaining the concept of start-ups and their role in economic development. The speaker highlighted the current start-up ecosystem and opportunities available for young entrepreneurs.
 The session then focused on the legal aspects of starting a business, including:
• Types of business entities (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, LLP, Private Limited Company)
• Registration procedures and required documentation
• Licensing and permits required for different businesses
• Overview of taxation, including GST registration and compliance
• Importance of drafting agreements and contracts
 The speaker also elaborated on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, stressing their importance in protecting innovative ideas and brand identity.
 The second part of the session focused on ethical practices in entrepreneurship, where the facilitator discussed:
• Importance of honesty and transparency in business dealings
• Ethical decision-making and corporate responsibility
• Fair treatment of employees and stakeholders
• Avoidance of unethical practices such as fraud, plagiarism, and data misuse
• Environmental and social responsibility
 Real-life examples and case studies were shared to illustrate the consequences of unethical practices and the benefits of maintaining integrity in business operations.
 An interactive session followed, where students actively participated by asking questions related to business registration, funding, taxation, and ethical dilemmas. The speaker provided practical guidance and clarified doubts effectively.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by the organizing coordinator, who introduced the theme and emphasized the importance of understanding one’s aspirations and addressing concerns in a constructive manner.
 An ice-breaking activity was conducted at the beginning to create a comfortable and engaging environment. Students actively participated, which helped in reducing hesitation and encouraged open communication.
 The facilitator then initiated a discussion on aspirations, asking students to reflect on their short-term and long-term goals. Students shared their ambitions, including career aspirations such as higher studies, government jobs, entrepreneurship, and placements in reputed organizations. This activity helped students gain clarity about their goals and inspired them through peer interaction.
 Following this, students were encouraged to express their concerns in an open forum. Various concerns were raised, including:
• Academic stress and difficulty in understanding subjects
• Time management issues
• Lack of clarity in choosing career paths
• Fear of failure and examination anxiety
• Communication skills and confidence issues
• Personal and family-related challenges
 The facilitator addressed these concerns with practical suggestions and motivational inputs. Strategies such as effective time management, goal setting, positive thinking, stress management techniques, and seeking support from mentors were discussed in detail.
 An interactive question-and-answer session was conducted, allowing students to seek clarification and personalized advice. The facilitator also emphasized the importance of continuous self-improvement, resilience, and maintaining a positive attitude.
 The session concluded with feedback collection, where students expressed their views and suggestions regarding the programme.
